My previous employer was a member of a national marketing group that shared little more than contracts. In contrast, I have really come to value the AimcoR Group spirit of collaboration in all aspects of building our businesses, and am especially excited to become a member of the Case Management/Underwriting committee.
By sharing our experiences and best practices among our members we not only enhance individual skills and make our processes more efficient, it should also translate to higher placement rates so we can hit those bonus targets! In addition, pooling our feedback also gets us more attention from our carrier partners in resolving any service issues. We’d like to have representation from each firm to achieve the most benefit.
